Packages and Pricing
Basic Monitoring Package $540
The basic monitoring package includes the following
Programming and setup of 1 Hub, 2 Multi Sensors, 1 Motion Sensor and 1 Outlet controlling the electrical device connected to it.
- Hub x 1 – The primary communication between the internet and the other items in your SmartThings network.
- Multi Sensor x 2 - Provides a make/break alarm and temperature alarms.
- Motion Sensor x 1 -Detects motion up to 15 feet away from the sensor.
- Outlet Control x 1 – provides the ability to turn on/off power to a device plugged into it.
- Included hardware support (no cost) Monday-Friday 9AM to 6PM.
- Programming for 1 smart phone
Add as many devices are you want on top of the $540 basic monitoring package.
A La Carte pricing
- The installation cost is included in the price and includes a standard 3 hours of setup. There could be additional costs based on additional installation hurdles such as additional wiring or Wi-Fi problems.
- We remove the hardware at any time you ask us.
- We do buy back unused equipment after your finished using it. (The majority of the purchase price is labor.)
- We support the hardware we install at no cost Monday-Friday 9AM to 6PM for 1 month after the installation.
-The maintenance of the equipment is the responsibility of the client.
-Battery issues are covered for 1 month.
- Any changes made to the setup by the client void the 1 month support. Billable support will be provided.
- All monitoring is the responsibility the client. We have no access to your network.
- The client is responsible for all alarms.
- We offer no guarantees beyond the setup, installation and handoff to the client.
- We are not responsible for failed internet access, failed devices for any reason including loss of signal or batteries in any devices. We do replace batteries in the event of battery failure.
- We recommend that you test the equipment on a daily basis to confirm proper operation.
- With every installation you get everything you need to monitor your home via remote access using the SmartThings app
- Receive an immediate alert on your smart phone:
- At the first sign of excess water or if there's an unexpected change in temperature
- Unexpected entry or motion in your home
- Secure dangerous, valuable or off-limit areas of your home
- Monitor secure areas of your home and be alerted if a door, window, cabinet or drawer opens unexpectedly
- Receive a reminder if you forgot to close your front door or garage door with the use of a door sensor
- One phone app is programmed with every installation. This is how you monitor any emails or alarms provided by the SmartThings devices as well as the ability to log into the SmartThings Hub. Additional phones are programmed at $20 each.
- Anyone can download additional apps on additional phones. All Usernames and Passwords are private and client owned.
